Guava is a fruit tree which can easily be grown inside and outside our home.It is a very delicious fruit with many nutrients.It is medium sized tree . It’s fruit contain many seeds inside it and its outside is fleshy. It is high in roughage and rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals but has no cholesterol with low number of digestible carbohydrates.
It satisfies the appetite very easily, so easily regulates  metabolisms and also helps to promote the proper absorption of nutrients. It is useful in treatment of diarrhea, dysentery,  constipations, cough, cold, skin care, high blood pressure, scurvy and even for weight loss.
Its very common in Asian countries, but its demand has increased due to its benefits. It is a somewhat round or pear shaped seasonal fruit and is of  green color when young and  yellow at ripe.It has white or pink flesh with many small hard seeds embedded in soft , sweet flesh.
